Designed by chefs, the surface of our cutting boards features micro texturing that helps bead up liquids and prevent knife slips. Our manufacturing process also creates denser and heavier boards, which reduce knife scarring, reduces stains and keeps boards in place while cutting.

Safe for home and commercial dishwashers, our HDPE boards can withstand 185 degrees Fahrenheit (compare that with 145 degrees for standard polyethylene used in consumer grade cutting boards).
