Description

COMMERCIAL GRADE PLASTIC – Our professional cutting boards are made from high density prolypropylene (HDPP) poly that is superior to HDPE and consumer plastics. Our material provides excellent resitance against warping, cracking, stains and cuts.
6 COLOR SET – HACCP color coded to prevent cross contamination. Includes white (all purpose), blue (seafood), red (raw meat), yellow (poultry and chicken), brown (cooked meat), green (vegetables, fruit).
PROFESSIONAL USE – Stamped with NSF certification for use in restaurants and food service settings. Can withstand 200F commercial dishwashers with sani steam. Do not use with serrated knives or hot pans as plastic will be damaged.
LARGE SIZE – Measures 18 x 12 x 0.5 inches and is meant for professional use or serious cooks. Can fit in most large home dishwashers but may need to be washed by hand for smaller units.
